The missions of the College of Medicine are:
Provides medical students with the knowledge and skills basic to the practice
of medicine inculcate them with the fundamental attitudes of compassionate patient care, with a spirit and desire for lifelong
independent learning and scholarship.
Educates medical practitioners to meet the medical care needs of the people of the
kingdom Saudi Arabia western area of AL-Madinah AL-Munawarah and the rest of kingdom
Be nationally and internationally
recognized contributor to both basic and clinical biomedical research; provide excellent research training programs for graduate
students in both basic and clinical sciences.
Improves human health through the development of continuous updating of the
teaching, capability of self learning and training health professional programs in the art of prevention and treatment of
disease, in order to serve the community
Qualify physician to practice their duties in accordance with Islamic ethics and
laws.
Our Mission
The Taibah University College of Medicine will work to become the premier academic medical center in Middle East known for
its excellent education, promoting the Staff development program, developing student's ability of self learning, analytical
thinking and problem solving, innovative scientific discovery, establishing and maintaining excellence in research related
to health and disease, outstanding clinical programs and dedication to community service, promoting preventive health behavior
in the community and known as the place where everyone dream to come to learn, to teach, to conduct research and to receive
his/her or her high quality health care services.
